UrbanLAN 9 saw the return of the breakout room, the introduction of structured cabling between rooms and further emphasis placed on tournaments. All of which were well received by LANers.
Once again the LAN food was catered for and was, as always, brilliant.
Prizes were plentiful with flash drives, a zip drive! Boss plugs and fan grills being awarded with the main prize being a 1TB hard drive.
UrbanLANs reputation of a social LAN continued with A PC building competition which gave LANers the chance to show their skills under the watchful eye of judge sivsiv. It was also where many witnessed the demise of Jono's bed.
